At Supermey, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our teddy bear products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a transparent returns and refunds policy, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility:
1.1 To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
1.2 Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
2.2 Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.
3. Return Procedure:
3.1 Follow these steps for all returns:
- Contact our customer service at support@Supermey.com to initiate the return process.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.
- Await instructions on where to send the item.
- To expedite the process, include a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
3.2 You will receive an email confirming the completion of your return within 72 hours of receipt. If a refund is necessary, it will be granted within 7 days. Keep in mind, if relying on your bank or credit card company, an additional 3-5 working days may be required for the credit to be credited to your account.
4. Return Cases:
4.1 Customer Remorse:
- If the return is due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A refund will be issued for the item cost minus the original shipping fee.
4.2 Faulty Product:
- For faulty products, provide clear images of the defect to support@Supermey.com.
- We will arrange a return label, and upon inspection, a full refund will be issued.
- Supermey will cover the return shipping costs.
4.3 Package Damaged:
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Supermey will cover the return shipping costs.
4.4 Wrong Size:
- If you received the wrong size, contact us at support@Supermey.com for further instructions.
- We will provide a return label, and upon receiving the item, we will send the correct size or issue a refund.
- Supermey will cover the return shipping costs.
4.5 Package Torn:
- In the event the package is torn upon arrival, document the damage and contact us immediately.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Supermey will cover the return shipping costs.
